Rahul Gandhi hacked on Twitter: Top 9 tweets that show how Congress VP got royally trolled

The Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi became the butt of all jokes on the micro-blogging site, Twitter , after he claimed that his official account was hacked. The result of it was Rahul Gandhi was topping the trend charts on Twitter, yet again!

There were several tweets put out from his official (verified) Twitter handle which were not only demeaning, but also abusive. Not only there were awful tweets posted, but also Gandhi's profile – bio – was changed.

The Congress party took no time in making a mountain of a mole and took a jibe at government's Digital India initiative leveling accusations in context to cyber-security. Congress also raised questions on the digital safety of all Indians. (ALSO READ: Rahul Gandhi's verified twitter account hacked, abusive comments posted)

The Twitterati were all gung-ho about the episode and in no time the news of Rahul Gandhi's Twitter account being hacked, was a matter of laughing stock on the social media. Gandhi's account was hacked around 8.45 PM and some messages with abuses were posted, but these were deleted soon thereafter. Gandhi's office confirmed the development and said that efforts were being made to rectify the problem.

We take a look at some of the funny tweets which were posted by users online:

1. Twitter Died

2. Perhaps, the inner voice got mischievous?

3. Is ChhotaBheem the culprit?

4. Mumma's boy down with aspirations!

5. Rahul Gandhi vs hacker be like..

6. Thought 2016 was over? NO!

7. Even Jawaharlal Nehru & Mahatma Gandhi couldn't hold back.

8. After RaGa, next in line?

9. Peace-out!

However, it (hacking) remains a matter of grave concern for the netizens.

New Book Promo Sites, Blogging, Freebies…

book-promotion-megaphone-1480342_960_720As we constantly search for ways to introduce readers to our work, a few opportunities have recently crossed my path. There are two new promotion sites that look promising, Amazon have added Prime Reading to their Prime program, giving away your product seems like it could be advantageous once again, and there's another outlet where you can blog.

Here are my findings.

BookPebble

These guys are new and have put together a nice, professional site. Right now it's free to advertise as long as you meet their requirements. Basically that means five or more reviews with a 3.5 or greater average, no errors, professional cover, and priced at $4.99 or less. You'll find exact requirements on their page. I've heard results ranging from zero to forty sales by using them. Their Alexa ranking is okay and growing steadily. Take advantage of them while it's still free; I have a feeling they're here to stay.

BookRaid

Again, this is a newer site but they're working hard to find ways to help us. They recently switched from free to a small cost-per-click rate. Their requirements are pretty lenient and they will promote perma-free books as well. I had decent results from them recently and from the correspondence we had and the professionalism of their presentation, I think they'll continue to grow. Their Alexa also isn't super, but the arrow is pointing upward. They are definitely worth checking out.

Amazon Prime Reading

Amazon has been busy. They recently expanded into the grocery business, unleashed a music subscription service that will compete with Spotify, and added Prime Reading as one of the perks US Prime members can enjoy. I was contacted a month or so ago and asked whether I'd like my latest novel, The Dead List included as one of the one thousand or so books added to the initial Prime Reading program. I did and although I don't have specific sales/borrows numbers yet (this book was published through Amazon's Kindle Press so there's a sixty day reporting lag), my ranking has been steady in the 10 to 20K overall range all month without running other promotions. This is a book that was released ten months ago, so those numbers are quite acceptable. Any new Amazon program is going to receive substantial screen time as they try to make it work, so watch this one. If it becomes a benefit for books published through KDP Select (as I imagine it will), and you're sitting on the fence o n whether to go wide or through Select, give this perk some consideration.

InstaFreebie

As we know we need to build a mailing list independent from our book distributors. These guys have found a way to help us with that. Through their site you give away one of your books, novellas, or short stories for free and InstaFreebie will pass along the email addresses of your new readers. RJ Crayton does a great job of explaining how it works at the link above. InstaFreebie claim to have 350,000 subscribers and their Alexa ranking is strong. Right now they have a free thirty-day tryout deal so jump aboard this one while you can.

Niume

This is a blogging site where you can create and share blog posts: for free, of course. The visits to my personal website spiked considerably when I posted a recent blog. There's also a revenue generating aspect that I haven't investigated. Alexa rankings don't always tell us everything, but they can be a good indicator of activity. Niume's site is currently in the 7,000 worldwide range and under 2,000 in the US. These are strong numbers and show real growth from other recent comparisons. And, it's a site where you don't have to spend lots of time. You can create and post your blog, get out and hopefully attract some new readers. They recently shared an article on 24 ways to attract more readers to your blog. It's worth checking out (see link above).

As you plan your Christmas promotions for all those newly-unwrapped Kindles, pay attention to the above opportunities. It was a long, slow sales summer for many of us so any help, especially when it's free or almost-free is very welcome. Good luck!

Martin Crosbie is the author of five bestselling books whose newest release is a Kindle Scout winner. His self-publishing journey has been mentioned in Publisher's Weekly, Forbes Online Magazine, and Canada's Globe and Mail newspaper. Telegram app debuts new Telegraph blogging platform

The makers of the popular messaging app Telegram debuted a new blogging platform earlier this week, but one with a very interesting feature. Called Telegraph, it allows users to write and publish long-form posts with no requirement to create an account or sign in through other social network accounts such as Facebook or Twitter. In other words, it can be used to quickly write and publish posts to the web, completely anonymously.

Just visiting the site is a bit of a surprise. You're prompted to simply start writing your title, the name you'd like it published under, and the actual post, all with little more than a "Publish" button in upper-right corner.

Once you start writing, the Telegraph platform begins to look incredibly similar to Medium, another popular blogging service, but with traditional logins and users.

Despite being simple and fast, Telegraph still manages to support a variety of media embeds, including photos stored locally (via the camera button), tweets, and YouTube videos (just paste the link). Once published, a Telegraph post can be easily shared on social media like Facebook and Twitter.

Each published post is given a specific URL, so it can be read by others or accessed later, but editing requires cookies to be enabled, so it won't work from other devices, if the browser cache is cleared, or if the post was written in incognito mode. Source: Slashgear

7 Great Tools to Simultaneously Post Content to Multiple Social Media Sites

7 great tools to simultaneously post content to multiple social media sites

Writing quality content is time-consuming enough. Posting it to multiple social media sites, can take you "forever". Here are the seven best options that can cut your task from 15 to 30 minutes, at most, freeing your time to concentrate on what's most important.

Top of the list and likely most famous. Hootsuite is venerated because it fulfills all that successful social media marketing is about: speed and efficiency. It automates and schedules posts. It gives you analytics and social media monitoring tools. It pulls in articles written by your team members and supports social network integrations for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, and many more. The Hootsuite App Directory helps you load to other places that include MailChimp, Reddit, Storify, Nexgate, Tumblr, and Marketo.

Postling allows small business users to publish on multiple networking sites through one centralized location. David Lifson, CEO of Postling built the company when he realized that many multi-posting sites, such as Ping.fm contained your truncated post that then led to their page not to your site. Your post was shortened, too.

Aside from posting to multiple systems, you can also use Dlvr.it to generate an RSS feed from many sources, which you can then use in places that support RSS import.

ifttt.com has become the hip site. It uses a sort of process logic that links "If this, then that" (ifttt). So, for instance, you can specify that if you post to LinkedIn, you want the site to automatically replicate that post to other specified sites, such as Twitter, Facebook, and so forth. The site has become popular for creating chains of so-called "recipes" where changes on any one website cause changes on another. It "cooks" about 20 million "recipes" a day.

ManageWP helps you manage multiple WordPress websites from a mega-dashboard that allows you to also do other things, such as manage comments, plugins, backups, analytics, updates and database optimization. It's an all-in-one platform that helps you "schedule backups, migrate WordPress websites, automate updates, monitor website traffic and SEO". It costs, but I've heard users say it's worth the price.

Gremlinsocial.com a free option that allows you to simultaneously post to Twitter, Facebook (profile and page), Linkedin, and Linkedin Groups. You can connect your blog feed, schedule posts, and create recurring videos.

The system our marketing agency uses, says that it: "Manages social networks, schedules messages, engages with your audience, and measures ROI from our all-in-one dashboard." You can publish posts on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and blogging sites, schedule posts in advance with photos or videos attached, monitor mentions of your brand, measure your social media ROI, use their special leads generation app, and set up accounts for multiple clients and contributors. Of course, it costs, but it's totally worth it.

Time's short, but you've got one urgent, world-shattering, or business promoting article that you need to send off to customers who frequent five or more different platforms.

No worry, there are at least seven terrific tools that can do it for you for free, or for a fraction of the cost. Many, too, throw analytics, brand monitoring, SEO, and post-scheduling (among other goodies) into the mix.

    Bonus Tools

    Also try these resources:

  • Twitter Tools, created by Sprout Social, automatically distributes new posts to Twitter. It costs.

The Best Advices and Tools to Start Blogging

You're reading Entrepreneur India, an international franchise of Entrepreneur Media.

Four years ago I worked at the bank. It was one of the biggest banks in eastern Europe. At that moment I thought my life was perfect. I had a job in the bank. For me, it was a dream come true. Bank = money, right? Yes! But it's bank's money, not yours. After a year of work, I felt that it's not for me. I didn't like to work from 8 to 17; I had a small office (it was a small room), and I had the same tasks every day. Sell, sell and sell!

One day I came home from work and, I decided, that tomorrow I need to quit. I need to try something different! Bank is not the only place I can fit. I read hundreds of job offers, visited most favorite websites. But I wasn't interested in any of these offers. Accidently I saw an article about freelancers and different types of freelancing. Like coding, designing, writing and blogging. I read the article, and I decided - I'm going to be a freelancer. And after four years of freelancing, I can say I made it! Now I'm a freelance blogger and entrepreneur at the same time (I own a content marketing agency).

Today I decided to create a short guide on how to start blogging and maybe help someone to start their blogging career too. I will answer four different questions today:

  • How to start blogging and get your articles published.
  • Why and where to create a portfolio.
  • The best tools for blogging.
  • How to make money? (I think this one is the most important).
  • Let's get started!

How to start blogging and get your articles published?

With the first step, you should start writing. Just write about things you like or love. It can be articles about anything. Drones, clothes, food, marketing, finance, etc. The topic doesn't matter. If you write it with passion or expertise people will read them and share.

One of the biggest mistakes is starting a blogging career with creating a personal blog. Before starting a blog try writing for a few days to check if you will like it or not. Because creating a blog will waste your precious time.

To start a blogging career, you don't need to own a personal blog. You can write to various websites and blogs as a guest author. Most of the blogs and websites have "Write for us" or "Work with us" sections. You can contact them and submit your content there. In my opinion, it's even better way to start out, compared to owning your personal blog. Websites and blogs already have traffic and people will read and check your article.

To get your articles published you need to follow these easy steps:

Contact websites/blog owner or administrator. Tell them about yourself and pitch your ideas and topics. Your email should be very short and straight to the point. Don't send a long email, because nobody has time for that.

After they agree to work with you, send them a short outline of your article. To make sure you're thinking about the article the same as they are.

The last step is to write and article, create beautiful pictures and send the article.

P.S. Don't forget to ask if they have guidelines you need to follow.

Why and where to create a portfolio?

Building a portfolio is the easiest part. You just need to collect all your articles and put in one place. To have all the articles in one place will save you time in the future. When you apply new websites and blogs, it's enough to send the link of your portfolio, and they will be able to see all your work in one place.

The best places to create a portfolio:

Contently.com - helps brands do great content marketing at scale—with a network of 50000 freelance creatives. Also, it's a perfect place to create your first portfolio. (I use it by myself).

Clippings.me - the world's largest journalism portfolio site. It allows you to show off your PDFs and links.

Journoportfolio.com - here you can create a customizable online writing portfolio without branding or ads.

    The best tools for blogging

Grammarly.com - my favorite tool! It will make you look like a professional writer. It's a free grammar, spelling and punctuation checker.

Hemingwayapp.com - makes your writing bold and clear. The app highlights long, complex sentences and common errors and suggests alternatives.

  • Writingstreak.io - tool that has been built to help you develop a daily writing habit.
  • Coschedule.com/headline-analyzer -  free blog post headline analyzer will score your overall headline quality and rate its ability to result in social shares, increased traffic, and SEO value.
  • Titlecapitalization.com - automatically capitalize your essay titles, blog post titles, email subjects, and more.
  • Writewellapp.com - allows you to organize your document visually in chunks, manage your research and writing on one screen.
  • Canva.com - it helps you easily create outstanding blog graphics, presentations, Facebook covers, flyers, posters and invitations. No design skills needed!
  • So this is my a list of blogging tools I'm using every day. I can honestly say, that it's even more than enough for blogger or writer.

    How to make money?

So let's answer the most important question - how to make money? The most important thing is that there is no perfect time for that. Sometimes people are waiting for a couple of months before they are starting to ask for money. They are trying to become an excellent blogger and writer. And writing and writing. I'm not trying to say that it's bad. But you can ask money before you become "perfect blogger".

If you know how to write, how to do research, how to create amazing pictures or screenshots go for it and ask money from the websites or blogs. Everything works the same like with the guest articles. Just know you need to be clear in your pitch that you're looking for money. 8-9 websites from 10 will answer you that they are not looking for writers or won't reply at all. But you can be sure, that one of 10 will ask more about your skills, pricing and how many articles you can write per month or week.

    How much should I charge?

There is no right answer for this question. Just ask yourself for how much I can work the whole day? Or per article? When I was starting my career, I was writing for free on two design websites and one website was paying me $15 per article. So, I think $20-40 per article is a good start for beginners.

Checking in with the enemy for some intel on the opponent.

It's not Friday, but since the Dallas Cowboys game is on Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, it's time for Five Questions. This week, it's the NFC East rivals from Washington in town for a holiday get-together. So let's see what Hogs Haven has to say about the game.

Blogging The Boys: Back in week 2 I asked this: "Kirk Cousins is going into a year where it's kind of a "prove it" thing as far as being the franchise QB of the future. How do you feel about him as a player and how did he perform in Week 1?" So now I ask the same question but amend it to how has he performed this season?

Hogs Haven: Thus far, he's proven it. I'm not sure how much Scot McCloughan needs to see to be convinced, but I am. Regardless, he has the rest of the year for better or worse and needs to continue his great play (along with the team's winning). If he does that, I don't think anyone would deny that he's the team's QB moving forward long-term. I feel that he's a great QB and his level of play has gone up as the season has progressed (much like last year). First of all (and most importantly), he's leading the team to victories. It's hard to consider moving on from a QB when you're winning with him and at 6-3-1, the Redskins must be pretty pleased with where they're at. A lot of that is on how well Kirk has performed. He's 3rd in the league in passing yardage (3,091), 8th in completion percentage (67.2%), 5th in YPA (8.05), tied for 12th in TDs (17), only has 7 INTs and has only taken 14 sacks, and is 10th in passer rating (98.8). To me, that's proving it. He'll likely ge t a five-year deal worth anywhere from $100M to $115M... and I expect that deal to be with the Washington Redskins.

BTB: Tell us all about Washington's newest sensation - "Fat Rob" Kelley? What kind of back is he and how does Washington utilize him?

HH: Kelley's a 24-year-old, 6', 228-lb., UDFA rookie out of Tulane. He was born and raised in New Orleans (9th Ward district) and his family lost their home in Katrina. His nickname comes from his final year at Tulane. He wears a backpack all the time that says "Fat Rob" on it. His RB Coach at Tulane gave it to him.

Coming into the season, Kelley was expected to be Matt Jones' primary backup. The 'Skins let Alfred Morris walk (to Dallas) largely due to their confidence in Matt Jones, whom they drafted in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft (out of Florida). They've had Chris Thompson locked-in as their third-down back since the off-season. So, after Kelley earned a spot in training camp, he was competing with 2015 UDFA Mack Brown and 2016 seventh-round pick Keith Marshall for what was likely to be only one or two open RB spots on the Redskins' 53-man roster. Marshall got hurt and had his season end before it started. That opened a whole lot of preseason time for Brown and Kelley and both guys really took advantage.

Kelley was basically a nobody at Tulane. He was half-RB and half-FB and only had 65 carries and 6 receptions his entire senior season. There was never a chance that he was going to be drafted. In fact, it's hard to even find pre-draft info on him. He's a little older than your average rookie, didn't do anything in college, and isn't incredibly athletic. Yet, here we are. He's the Redskins starting RB and has done an incredible job. People were calling for him as the starter since the preseason and another Matt Jones injury opened the door. Kelley smashed threw it. So far, he's amassed 424 rushing yards on 84 carries (5 YPC) for 4 TDs (with a long run of 66 yards). He also caught a TD. 67 of those 84 carries have come in the last three games (he's had 20+ carries in each).

He's a pretty big back (not quite as big as Matt Jones, but bigger than average) and he uses his size/frame well. He's not relatively fast, but he's strong as an ox and does a masterful job of getting yards after contact. He's not used much as a receiver so far, but he has shown some ability there in college, catching 46 passes his sophomore season. Kelley is used as the primary back and is in on most first and second-down plays. Thompson still serves as the third-down/passing situation back. Both are excellent blitz protectors.

BTB: The offensive line seems to be okay without Trent Williams the past couple of games. Talk about the line and his replacement, Ty Nsekhe.

HH: A huge reason behind Rob Kelley's success is the dominant Redskins OL. The term "Hogs 2.0" has been going around since the off-season and the moniker seems fairly accurate. The entire Redskins offense was dominant Sunday night against GB and that stems largely from excellent OL play. Cousins isn't getting sacked much, at all. He has plenty of time to throw typically. He hasn't even been hit much at all lately. The OL group has probably been the 'Skins MVP up to this point.

At the moment, RT Morgan Moses is probably one of the top 10-15 best RTs in the league. However, he's operating at only about 75% due to an ankle injury and it's noticeable. He still did a great job on Sunday night, but the quick turnaround to Thursday may negatively affect his play. Missing Trent Williams (probably one of the top 1-2 LTs in the game right now) is obviously huge. Nobody can replace everything Trent does for this offense, but Ty Nsekhe has done an incredible job trying. He's absolutely massive (6'8", 325 lbs.) and just got done owning Clay Matthews. He's not quite as nimble or athletic as Trent is and can't do some of the things Trent does on the outside runs, but he's a mauler in the run game and has great length and strength in pass protection. Kelley's been running wild the past three games and Kirk's great play has been made possible in large part due to great protection. It's a huge OL all the way across. LG Shaun Lauvao is a solid starter and is t he smallest guy on the line at 6'3", 326 lbs. Brandon Scherff was the #5 overall pick in 2015 and has been an iron-man at RG. He's huge and very impressive at that spot. And then the C play, which was the obvious weak link with former starter Kory Lichtensteiger in has been solidified by 6'5", 324-lbs. Spencer Long. He's much younger and bigger than Kory and frankly, just much better. Everyone on the line is 325 lbs. and up and they're impressively coached by a guy you know pretty well... Bill Callahan.

BTB: How is the defense performing? What are their strengths and weaknesses?

HH: The defense has been good. I'd say middle-of-the-road to slightly better than that lately. They started off the season as one of the worst defenses in the league, but they've steadily gotten better as the season has progressed. Right now they're ranked 23rd overall in yardage (18th against the pass and 22nd against the run) and 18th in points. Opponents scored 122 points against the Redskins over the season's first five games (24.4 PPG). That number's been cut down to 111 over the last five games (22.2 PPG).

The strength of the Redskins defense is definitely against the pass. They have an excellent pass rush that's improved as the season has gone on. Ryan Kerrigan leads the way with 8 sacks while Trent Murphy has 7 (along with 3 FFs). While Preston Smith only has 3.5 so far, he had 8 last year to lead all rookies and is still a very dangerous pass rusher, as well. On the interior, the Redskins still have Chris Baker (3 sacks and 2 FFs this year) who is a great pass rusher on the DL. That pass rush pairs very well with a really good and vastly improved secondary... obviously led by Josh Norman. Norman's been great all year and just sealed the victory Sunday night over GB with a brilliant FF of his own. He has a knack for making huge plays in huge moments when they're most needed like that. He more than doubles anyone else on the team with 11 PDs and has 2 FFs, as well. He's been worth the money and is deserving of his spot as one of the top five CBs in the league.

The defense's greatest weakness is along their DL... most notably against the run. While they're playing the run much better than they were in the beginning of the year, it's still not where it needs to be. The DL lacks talent and depth, the ILBs are only average at best, and they don't have any real bonafide, top-notch starters at S. The weak spots in the defense are all in the middle of the field and not surprisingly, that's where they've been most susceptible to being hurt against the run.

BTB: If you were putting together the Cowboys game-plan this week, how would you play Washington's offense? How about their defense?

HH: To slow down the Redskins offense, I would make them one-dimensional and focus on taking away the run game. When the Redskins remained committed to having a balanced offense and actually focus on running the ball (regardless of how successful they are), they typically win. When they abandon the run game, whether that be from being down big on the scoreboard or just because they get caught up in passing too much, they typically lose. Over the first couple of games this year, the Redskins were passing the ball like 80% of the time and it was miserable. They finally appear to have realized the need and importance of balance and it's helped their offense tremendously. Still, if you can bottle up their running game, they have shown that they may abandon the run game to their own detriment.

On offense, the Cowboys should just focus on doing what they do best. Run the ball and then run it some more behind that impressive OL. The Redskins will obviously be focusing on stopping it, but the Cowboys have to make them prove that they can. And I'm not so sure they can. Take the Redskins pass-rush out of the game by keeping second and third downs in manageable yardage situations. Keep your defense fresh by controlling the clock with the run game and wear down the Redskins defense. That's the way to do it. They can hang against the pass, but a serious commitment to running it may prove too much. The DL is thin and not talented and slowing down the pass-rush for even a tiny amount of time could make a huge difference for Dak.

Thanks for the knowledge, Hogs Haven.

Cowboys News: Thanksgiving Win Against Redskins "Would Show Super Bowl Buzz Is Right."

Is this NFL Thanksgiving, highlighted by Redskins-Cowboys, the best in history? - Chris Chase, FOX SportsChase notes that for only the second time in the past 39 seasons, every team playing on Thanksgiving has a record of .500 or better.

The game of the day (which after looking at decades of historical Thanksgiving duds isn't always a compliment). It's the classic "show me what you've got game" between a team moving the delicate balance between contender and pretender and the Washington Redskins. The Cowboys will be the considerable favorite, as they should be, but when these two teams met earlier this year in Week 2, the game was decided by a couple of ill-advised goal-line play calls by the Redskins (live by the fade, die a painful, painful death by the fade) and ended with a 27-23 Dallas win. (With their Week 1 loss to the Giants, the Cowboys were on the cusp of an 0-2 start.)

Is Kirk Cousins legit? Is Dak Prescott? This the second big test of the year for the 'Boys. They won an instant classic against the Steelers in Week 10 to show they're for real. A Thursday victory would show the Super Bowl buzz is right.

Washington fans want the Cowboys and Kirk Cousins loves it - Adam Grosbard, SportsDayThe Cowboys' NFC East rivals Washington earned a convincing 42-24 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night to improve to 6-3-1.

The Washington faithful was apparently feeling pretty confident about the matchup following the beat down of the Packers as the fans chanted "We want Dallas" after the win. Washington QB Kirk Cousins took notice.

Great win! Loved hearing the "We Want Dallas!" chants as I left the field

    — Kirk Cousins (@KirkCousins8) November 21, 2016

Scout's Eye: What's New & What's The Same For Rematch With Washington - Bryan Broaddus,  Dallas CowboysIt's amazing how much can change between two divisional meetings in an NFL season. When the Cowboys and Redskins met in September, both were trying to avoid the ignominy of a 0-2 start.

The more plays that he makes – the more he starts to take over a game. Jackson has never been a huge blocker because of his size, but that is not why he is in this lineup.

Jaylon Smith To Be Activated Off NFI List With Darren McFadden - Dave Halprin, Blogging The BoysJaylon Smith will be activated off the NFI list, but that doesn't mean he can practice or play yet.

Both players will now be entering a three week practice period before a decision is made to add them to the active roster or put them on season-ending injured reserve.

Morris Claiborne is aiming for late-season return - Todd Archer, ESPNCowboys cornerback Morris Claiborne, out since Oct. 30, started doing resistance training last week for the first time, which gives him some hope.

"I don't think I'm still out of the dark with [returning in the regular season] because I tore a piece of bone, so it's supposed to be able to heal," Claiborne said. "Just the whole time we've been giving it time to heal and in a couple of weeks we'll get another MRI to see how it has come and see what the next step is from there. But I feel like it's healing pretty good."

Ravens QB Flacco unimpressed by 9-1 Cowboys - Art Garcia, The Star-Telegram"We should beat this team," Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco said bluntly after Sunday's 27-17 loss to the 9-1 Dallas Cowboys. Flacco finished with 269 yards passing and one touchdown.

"We should beat this team and I'm not kidding."

Flacco's dismissal came after the Cowboys dismissed his Baltimore Ravens 27-17 Sunday afternoon at A&T Stadium.

Dez's Dominance, Dak vs. The Blitz, Defense's Identity; More - Bryan Broaddus, Dallas CowboysHere are my top impressions from the Ravens film. Immediately after posting this, I'm going to get to work on the tape for the rematch with Washington. The short week schedule isn't easy on anyone – and that includes the media.

I thought the offensive play that turned this game around for the Cowboys was the 2nd-and-18 pass to Dez Bryant. Two things made that pass work: the empty formation forced Eric Weddle to have to cover Lance Dunbar in the slot, and the free access in the route by Shareece Wright allowed Bryant to get inside. When Weddle went with Dunbar inside, that left Bryant one-on-one with Wright, who had no help to the inside. The Ravens' other safety, Lardarius Webb, was shaded to the other side of the formation and it gave Bryant the confidence that he could get inside and make the play uncontested. Prescott put the ball right where he had to at eye level for Bryant and he was able to do the rest.

Cowboys vs. Ravens: Five Critical Plays That Shaped The Game - Joseph.Hatz, Blogging The BoysFive plays that shaped the Cowboys 27-17 victory over the Ravens.

On arguably the biggest play of the game the Cowboys went shotgun and spread the formation with four receivers. The Ravens brought pressure with six and nearly got to Prescott, although not in time as he had already found Beasley running an out against man coverage. Beasley shook Jerraud Powers initially at the line of scrimmage, giving Prescott a wide open throwing window, he beat him to the first down after catching the ball just a few yards past the line of scrimmage, and once the first down was secured Beasley then cut back inside for even more yards.

Dan Bailey makes Dallas Cowboys history and didn't know it - Todd Archer, ESPNBailey was already the most accurate kicker in NFL history. Now he has made the most field goals in Cowboys history too, passing Rafael Septien.

"The main thing is it's just a privilege to play for this organization so when you can stick around long enough to get up there with names like Septien and those guys, it's just a big honor," Bailey said. "Yeah, I'm happy with it for sure."

Dallas Cowboys insider: Stephen Jones says Dallas Cowboys will probably activate Jaylon Smith - Clarence Hill, The Star-TelegramThe Dallas Cowboys will "probably" activate rookie linebacker Jaylon Smith in hopes that he will be able to play at some point this season, vice-president Stephen Jones said during a radio interview on 105.3 The Fan Monday.

"It doesn't mean that anything will change with Jaylon in terms of his routine," Jones said. "I don't actually see him, even though he's eligible to practice. It just extends your period if we were to activate him."

Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott have been more than brilliant for Cowboys; they've been consistent - David Moore, SportsDayThe historic run the Cowboys find themselves on began against the team they face on Thanksgiving.

"It means we have a great team that believes in ourselves," quarterback Dak Prescott said of being two months removed from the Cowboys' only loss. "We're not going to flinch, and we're not going to blink."

The Dallas Cowboys are (very) beatable - Chris Chase, FOX SportsTheir 9-1 record is best in the NFL. Will it hold?

The Dallas Cowboys aren't that good, at least they haven't proved it yet. Saying "that good" is in reference to their 9-1 record, seeming offensive indestructibility and status as favorites in the NFC. The truth is the record is soft, the offense is vulnerable and they're a clear second behind Seattle as the rightful favorite to win the NFC. None of that excludes Dallas from the Super Bowl hunt or takes away from the studly rookie seasons for Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott or suggests the defense will be the team's downfall. It's merely a conclusion that's impossible to argue with after you go in depth at the Dallas schedule.

Niko Papadopoulo on Attraction Marketing, Blogging, and MLM Tips

Niko Papadopoulo on Attraction Marketing, Blogging, and MLM Tips

Niko Papadopoulo was an electronics engineer making good money and a father. But, something was missing in his life. Here's our interview.

Thank you so much for doing this interview with me, Niko! I'm very curious about your story. So, let's get started!

Where were you born, what did your parents do for work, and what was life like growing up?

I was born in Limassol, Cyprus; the "big" island at the East end of the Mediterranean Sea! I quoted the word big, because the local population of Cyprus is less than a million people.

My parents used to have a small knitting manufacturing factory at the underground basement of our house. They were supposed to be business owners, but actually the business owned them.

They had to be there to make money. Those machines only worked fine if they were well maintained and many times I was into helping out! It was a bit of dirty work, but loved helping my parents on it!

Since most of the time my parents were at the factory, I was mainly with my grandparents after school. Even during the summer season, I would "move" to a family house at the village along with my grandparents and brother and nieces and nephews.

It was nice and cool there (since our summers in Limassol are very hot and humid) but, I would basically see my parents during the weekend…

During my late teenage years I would help out at the factory a bit more. You see, my brother is autistic (luckily enough, a minor case), so quite a big weight was on me to help and support my parents with everything they need from my young age.

I am not complaining; actually I see it as a good thing. It built me up and prepared my character in many ways!

The engineering bug was engraved deep inside me from my early childhood as you can imagine. I was taking a good look at my father while he was fixing and maintaining those machines and began to learn myself as well.

Then personal computers began to evolve. I was fascinated by computers and my first PC was with an x80286 processor running on MS DOS 4.0. Can you guess my age? 🙂

I enrolled in the technical school of Limassol as a computer technician, instead of going to a "regular" school.

When that was finished, at the age of 18, we all had to serve to the military here in Cyprus, which back then it lasted 26 months.

Again, I didn't want to settle for the "regular" military bodies, and enlisted to the Special Forces. Now that I think of it, I was pushing myself to the limits from that early age.

Other than the physical and guns trainings, I was also specially trained for radio communication, radio repairs, cryptography etc. I guess that was because of my technical background. But that pushed me even more towards engineering!

When the military service was finally finished, I was one of the fortunate ones to be able to go to USA to pursue my Undergraduate degree! That's a different story though…

    ~

Was there any entrepreneurship in the family? And, what drew you to become an electronics engineer?

Clearly my parents owned their business, and our life was planned around that business. So I guess the business planned our life.

Being involved with the factory during my childhood, I began to realize my natural drive in technical areas. Actually, I always loved breaking up my toys to figure out what's inside them, what made them function, and then put them back together.

So, I believe my natural instinct with my toys in addition with being in the factory of my parents really emphasized my electronics drive! This is the main reason I pursued my Engineering degree the first place.

    ~

You made great money as an electronics engineer, but something was missing. Can you explain what that was?

I wouldn't say I was making great money as an electronics engineer. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful of what I was making and the experience I got, and the people I met and everything, but with my current mindset that was not great money.

I was quite happy with what I was having until our first son was born. That's when I began to realize that I would miss him from growing up.

You see, I did not want him to miss me during his early ages of his life, as I was missing my parents. Since I was the Technical Manager of the company I worked for, many times I had to go at work during weekends or even holidays.

I remember one time I was even abroad "vacationing" and I had to support my team and customers because of a huge electrical power problem we had on the whole island.

So, yes, if I didn't change something, I would be missing the life of our son. And I did not want to happen.

    ~

How has having children changed your perspective on life?

The moment we were blessed with our first son, I not only began to look for other opportunities to earn money, I wanted to find ways in order to potentially have time freedom to spend it with my family.

I did not want to only have children; I wanted to live with my children. I wanted to experience their life. I wanted to become a part of them, not just to have them.

    ~

A friend turned you on to network marketing. What did you think about network marketing at first, and how did you begin building it?

I had no idea whatsoever about what network marketing was. Yes, I was introduced to it by a friend at a local coffee shop and was stunned by the product idea as well as the global potentials.

I instantly thought this idea can go viral because everyone (at least everyone I knew) loved the product. And also, through the internet this could reach everywhere!

Of course, I began building the "old-school" way, which is making a list, calling people, setting up local meetings etc. Loved it to be honest, because I always wanted to be with people and help people!

Something I really liked at first with network marketing is that one can only have success with it, if he helps enough other people succeed. I think that's a Zig Ziglar paraphrase, but I didn't know about Zig Ziglar back then.

What was the first two years like in MLM and what was the biggest lesson you learned?

I wouldn't say I am a big success, as far as income is concerned. But I totally know I have changed as a person. I was exposed to personal development trainings, to sales trainings, to character trainings, to mindset trainings… I began to shift all my mindset to the better.

I started reading personal development books, where before I was only reading engineering staff. There's nothing wrong with engineering, but developing one's self I feel is more important. I also met people from other countries and became really good friend with!

The biggest lesson I learned and I am so grateful at it, is that I have been exposed to personal development. I am exposed to becoming better and better.

I am exposed to take responsibility of my actions and that if I want my life to become better, I have to become better and take action about it!

I am building myself up because I know I can do just that. I cannot settle for the normal or the average. Again, there's nothing wrong with normal or average for those that want to be like just that; not me though, not any longer!

Being exposed to network marketing opened my sight to all these possibilities of becoming great! I am so grateful at my sponsor for introducing me to this blessed profession as I call it, even though he quit from it. I found others that were willing to help me!

    ~

I love your blog, how old is it, how many posts are on it, and what is the daily traffic like to it?

Thank you for the kind word about my blog. I stated it on September 2014 and there are 92 blogs on it. My traffic is not much at the moment, less than 100 per day.

Even though the traffic is low, I have generated some leads with it and things are picking up, which is pretty cool!

I had to have a break from it for a period of a few months in order to re-configure my strategies etc, and things are growing back up now!

    ~

What is the importance of owning your own blog, as opposed to using a free blog, like wordpress.com or blogger.com?

Like I mentioned in some of my posts, we own our blog. It's like our own real estate on the internet land. Nobody can take it away from us.

It's not like any social media account that can be shut down or be reported by others and be put to "jail". Plus, you can built your email list through it and create a new following/community with it!

Over time, you will become an authority online because of that and even monetize it with whatever you want.

In addition, by having your own blog you are completely free to set it up as you like and make it look exactly as you want! You are totally free to do whatever you want with it!

Everything else online can be used to drive traffic to your home! Plus, you can keep posting your previous blogs all over the internet so that more and more people can be exposed to them!

When did you begin MLSP and do you promote that along with a network marketing opportunity?

I began with MLSP because I've been struggling on the online world. I was doing it all wrong when I started promoting my business online.

I know now that I was actually chasing people away from me, instead of attracting them to me. You see, network marketing companies teach us how to do the business offline, but that does not necessarily work online.

So, I was looking for a way to learn how to properly and effectively market myself online.

Actually, I mainly promote myself online. And depending on the lead's needs, I offer the right solution to them. It can be my network marketing company, it can be MLSP, it can be both, or even nothing.

It all depends on the prospect. I try to figure out what they need, and take it from there. If I have nothing to offer them, I just tell them so and keep the friendship intact.

You never know what the future will entail. Why ruin the friendship by offering something not suitable to someone?

    ~

You talk a lot about Attraction Marketing on your blog. What does Attraction Marketing mean to you?

OMG! Attraction Marketing is the new name of the game. Attraction Marketing is the "magic", the beauty, the blessing of having people reaching out to you for help instead of you always having to prospect people all the time. I had no idea about this prior to being involved with MLSP.

Prospecting is good, but what if at least 10 new people would be reaching out to you every morning, asking you for help?

What if some ask you for your link because they want to sign up with you? How would that change your business?

Attraction Marketing is the marketing work one performs over time in which prospects get exposed to it and because they like what they see, they request more from you.

Attraction Marketing takes a cold prospect and converts him into a warm prospect. Attraction Marketing takes a warm prospect and converts him into a ready-to-buy hot prospect.

I didn't know this, but one can buy from you (or do business with you) if they know, like and trust you. Because Attraction Marketing works 24/7 for you, if you put out good-quality-valuable-problem-solving-content out on the internet land, people will find it and start to get to know you, to like you and to trust you.

Over time, your valuable content will be like a magnet to people, hence the Attraction part of the Attraction Marketing expression!

One concept you discuss is called "ILT." Can you explain a little what "Invest, Learn, Teach" is and who should use it?

I did not invent this of course, but it does make sense! I am sure you and your amazing audience are aware of the Blogging Beast Ray Higdon!

I heard this concept from Ray, which means that we have to invest in ourselves (through trainings, books, events, etc), Learn something from that, and then Teach it to our audience. This concept is the basis of his huge online success!

He also teaches the concept of, if one wants to dominate their marketplace, he has to out-teach their competition! So, post much more value on the internet to out-teach everyone else. It's very simple if you think of it, but I wouldn't say it's easy.

Everyone wanting to succeed online with their business should use this concept. Not just our fellow network marketing professionals, but everyone that wants to make money through the internet.

The business model or product or services you offer, does not really matter. What matters for your potential customers is to know, like and trust you. And the fastest and best way to do it is through ILT.

They will be exposed to your teachings, they will get to know you and like you because of that value you shared, and then they will want to buy from you! Isn't that what everyone wants for their business?

    ~

I notice you have a great Instagram account. What has been the best social media platform for getting leads?

Thank you for the kind word about my Instagram account! Even though I do not spend too much time on it, I only just post good images almost daily.

I concentrate mainly on Facebook and Twitter. Most of my leads are coming from Twitter and that's from the last MLSP teachings I am getting these past few months alone!

I just broke the 10,000 followers there with two accounts over a period of only 4 months basically! The great thing with Twitter is that you can drive a lot of traffic to where you want to, for free!

    ~

What is your favorite book right now?

That's a tough question. Each book I read has impacted me to some extent. The last one I am working with (not just reading) is the "The power of the subconscious mind" by Dr. Joseph Murphy.

It just blew my mind at what's actually going on, or what we can actually do with the power of our mind! The techniques on what to say and the stories of how things are being done, is just amazing! And I am working on them daily now!

Of course, like I feel for most entrepreneurs out there, it all started with me with the "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. That book has really shifted my mindset about so many things!

    ~

What are your goals for 2017?

Some of my 2017 goals are the following: (the list is not complete yet)

  • Become L3 + Member of the month with MLSP before the end of the 1st quarter of 2017. This will not only generate another good income stream, but also will give me huge exposure that can be used also for my primary business.
  • Two rank advancements with my primary Network Marketing Company before the 3rd quarter of 2017…for obvious reasons 🙂
  • Experience at least 2 international vacation trips with my family. One trip just me and my wife! And the other with all four of us!
  • Contribute to the Autistic Foundation of Cyprus.
  • Like I said above, my brother is autistic. I have been exposed to autism because of my brother and feel very keen for all of them. I know they need a lot of support, and I plan  to assist as much as I can, as best as I can!

  • Improve my health status through daily exercise and better diet control.
  • What's the point of building residual income, without being healthy to enjoy it, right?

  • Study 6 new books before the end of the year. (Not only read.)
  • This will be one of my major drives for 2017.

    ~

What is your favorite quote and why?

Another tough question my friend! There are so many quotes I love and feel inspired by them!

Quotes that can make me cry or boost me up. I would say each one comes to my mind depending on the mood I am at that moment.

But I always loved helping and contributing and volunteering to others.

So, Zig Ziglar's quote of: "You Can Have Everything in Life That You Want, if you Just Give Enough Other People What They Want" really resonated with me from the first time I heard it!

It's not only natural for me; it just resonated perfectly, to use an engineering expression!
