Yes, it is shocking for all the fans to know that another beautiful couple who were gearing up to take their relationship to next level have broken up now.
This adorable couple Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna had met during the eight season of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss. They fell in love during that course.
